I have been a diabetic patient for the last 10 years. About 2 months back after coming back from one of my walks I noticed small ruptures on both of my feet. By the next day the ruptures had worsened and my son took me to a specialist in Vidyanagar who prescribed me with some antibiotics to use 15 days. It did not work and after 15 days the infection had spread to my ankles and both my feet had swelled and become black. I visited the same doctor again, which again did not help. I was by now afraid that I may lose my legs. It was then that we searched the web for specialist doctor for diabetic foot and came to know of Hyderabad Diabetes Centre and Dr. P. Shiva Shankar. We immediately visited him, and after a small surgery , both of my feet are now cured and I am able to again walk normally.

I still keep going to HDC for regular check-ups as I have found it to be the best in diabetes care. I would highly recommend HDC and Dr. Shankar to other patients ailing with diabetes.
